常常路過這個餐廳
因為不顯眼的招牌
加上時尚的內裝
一直覺得它是個lounge bar沒想過要去造訪
後來不小心發現原來這還是個舊金山小有名氣的Fusion餐廳
熱愛嘗試Fusion的自己當然得去瞧瞧

Negroni Sbagliato--Prosecco, Carpano Antica, Compari ice cubes--看到我愛的Prosecco做基底,當然要試一試!

Caviar--Hokkaido scallop tartare, uni, chive--醋酸重了些,有點可惜

Lobster ceviche--caramelized coconut, pineapple, kaffir lime--龍蝦熟度恰到好處!椰子醬調味正好,有這樣的菜色才讓fusion料理蔚為流行

Fried Duck Sandwich-- slaw, pickles, spicy aioli--真不敢相信廚房敢把烤成焦黑的麵包交給服務生送上來

經理路過看不過去,請廚房重做一份送上來,免得砸了該店招牌--雖然不少美國人大讚這一道,但對我來說口味偏鹹了~ 創意倒是足夠
