去年底才在台北開幕的名古屋鰻魚名廚中川浩希的鰻魚專賣餐廳
據說來自名古屋三河鰻魚產區的中川主廚在新加坡已連拿了三年的米其林必比登
選在台北開首店是因為看中台灣雲嘉南一帶的優良養鰻品質👍
關西風主廚親自現殺現烤的鰻魚早令鰻魚控期待不已😍
而且燴不厭細地用備長炭直火烤
更不用說還提供ひつまぶし的吃法了😋😋
