會認識里昂廚神Paul Bocuse這號傳奇人物
是記得自己開始學法文時的第一本課本"Bienvenue en France"裏
兩位餐旅實習生曾因工作需要
搭乘TGV火車前往里昂郊區Paul Bocuse廚藝學校取經
當時就心生嚮往....
後來即使在巴黎長住了6年多
卻一直沒機會去造訪里昂這座富裕的法國第三大城
無意間得知台灣有廚師從Paul Bocuse廚藝學校學成歸國還開了業
真是令人喜出望外......
