進門幫我掛好外套、請完cocktail後
還要像玩密室逃脫一樣進到餐廳⋯⋯😆
這幾回摘星發現米其林食評也是有流行趨勢的
這幾年拿星的幾乎脫離不了亞洲食材元素
愈能用日式素材玩出fusion創意的拿到的星星愈多
更何況這一餐還同時出現了魚子醬 海膽 A5和牛 鵝肝醬伺候
重本安能不拿星?
